IMPORTANT INFORMATION
An Area by Area Lab Composite is not a Detailed Assessment as defined in NZS8510:2017. The Residential Tenancies (Managing Methamphetamine Contamination) Regulations 2026 require a Comprehensive Detailed Assessment to determine contamination.
All Meth Testing is NZS8510:2017 compliant and carried out by certified technicians. Meth Testing is always processed through an IANZ accredited Laboratory
The typical turnaround time for laboratory results can vary depending on the lab's queue from 2-3 days. For urgent cases, preliminary assessments can be provided within 48 hours at an extra cost to cover the lab fees in effectively 'jumping the queue'
